
1.Plow groove seat can not only make sure that the body, seat and disc connect correctly but also ensure that the seat can be changed conveniently, which is helpful to avoid distorting by installation fault.
2.Concatenate “o” series seal ring of stem is enhanced in the axial pore of valve body. The concatenate “o” series sealing ring will dilate out and tangent with valve body tightly and firmly when the stem is inserted through it. In this way, when it leaks inside the valve, medium can not fflux in the room between body and seat, which may result the accident of seatenclasps disc.
3.Narrowband seal ring is combined with spherical disc organically, which make sure that torque will not increase before the disc close up; make sure that service life of valve seat prolonged by friction decreased and open-close torque reduced; make sure that open-close torque will not change in a long time.
4.Mid-plummer-block spliced pole avoids frequent shake of the stem below which may result the stem devoiced from valve body. 5.Gibbosity on valve seat can avoids the possibility of seat distorted badly and torque increased rapidly; and it also can avoid seat wriggling when the valve is opened and closed.
6.The flange-sealing surface of valve seat is the structure of broadside and orthodrome, which follows the requirement of thimble or welded flange connection, and also can be connected with many other flanges.
