320D Series Double Flange Centerline Butterfly Valve with/without Pins

Centerline butterfly valve with double flanges is designed according to the requirements of large-scale pipe net, and it belongs to butterfly valve of pipe net
The valve body can endure high pipe pressure. And it is safer.
The whole valve seat is vulcanized on the valve body. This structure is uneasily distorted with the high ability of drawing resistance and avulsion resistance.
The stem of butterfly valve with pins (DN700—1200) is designed to one-piece with the features of counter bending and simple reliable structure.
The butterfly valve with pins (DN350—600) adopts two-piece stems that are connected by screw connecting rod clevel, which can efficiently control the displacement aroused by the disc weight. Besides that there is a thrust bearing in the bottom of the stem. The DN50-350 series of butterfly without pins adopts the compressed connection so that the structure is simple and compact and the disc can center automatically.
